1. What is your return policy?
At Caseflex Accessories, you can request a return within a week of receiving your product, provided that the item is in pristine condition and returned in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot process refunds if the product or its packaging has been damaged.
2. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at help@caseflexaccessories.com with a clear photo or video of the product and its packaging. Once your return request is approved, we will share the return address with you.
3. What happens if my return package is lost in transit?
We request you to share the return tracking number with us, as we cannot be held accountable for packages lost in transit.
4. How are refunds processed?
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
5. What is your product warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty on all our wireless chargers. If your charger fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of the purchase date, we will replace the defective item at no cost to you.
6. How do I claim a warranty?
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at help@caseflexaccessories.com with a video that clearly demonstrates the product not functioning properly. Then, ship the defective product back to our warehouse using the return address provided to you.
7. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, theft, damages or faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories, or use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging.
