Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

At Caseflex Accessories, we offer our customers the opportunity to request a return withina week of product receipt, given that the item is in pristine condition and returned in itsoriginal packaging. We regret to inform that we cannot process refunds if the product, itsoriginal packaging, or accessories have been damaged.To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at help@caseflexaccessories.com. Pleaseinclude a clear photo or video of the product and its packaging to help us evaluate theircondition.Once your return request is approved, we will share the return address. We request you toshare the return tracking number with us, as we cannot be held accountable for packageslost in transit. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, excludingshipping fees.

Processing Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process the refund to youroriginal payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take 7-10business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Product Warranty

At Caseflex Accessories, we take pride in the quality of our products and offer a one-yearwarranty on all our wireless chargers. If your charger fails due to a manufacturing defectwithin one year of the purchase date, please contact us at help@caseflexaccessories.com,and we will happily replace the defective item with a new one at no cost to you.To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at help@caseflexaccessories.com to request a replacement.

• Record a video that clearly demonstrates the product not functioningproperly. The video should be no longer than 2 minutes and should clearly highlightthe issue with the product.

• Ship the defective product back to our warehouse using the return address provided to you.

Please note that the warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship and doesnot cover misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, theft, damages or faults causedby product tampering or use of third-party accessories, or use that is not in accordancewith the listed instructions on the product packaging.
